Crystal Hill

Crystal Hill is a people leader within Cox Communications, who joined the company in 2009. In her role as Capacity Management Supervisor, Crystal leads a team of Route Support Specialists responsible for monitoring same day capacity, tech route management, and balancing field partnerships.

In 2023, Crystal started her current term as Vice President. Within the WICT organization Crystal has often volunteered at events. Crystal joined the Southwest WICT Chapter Board in 2019 as a CO-Marketing/Communications chair and shortly after became the Marketing/Communications/Social-Media Director through 2022.

In addition to her involvement with The WICT Network, Crystal’s a member of Cox’s Women’s and Pride Employee Resource Groups. Crystal is actively involved in the Cox Communicators Toastmaster’s Chapter and helped implement the club’s member mentoring program. Which not only consists of delegating development focused tasks centric to helping mentees progress in Pathway Courses but aids them in Toastmaster/leadership growth. Crystal has also provided support to the AZ Toastmasters Division Area 3 in multiple roles.

As a proud married mother of two young adult daughters, Crystal now takes joy in being a grandparent. While also maintaining her hobby as a published poet, fiction, and journal Author. With an active membership in the Romance Writers of America (RWA), and both the Cultural, Interracial and Multicultural (CIMRWA) & Kiss of Death (KOD) Chapters within it. When Crystal is not spending time with her family and friends, you can often find her writing, reading, gaming, painting, or enjoying a great movie.
