Kamana Khadka

Kamana Khadka is the Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Cable One/Sparklight. She is a passionate and results-oriented DEI professional with 14 years of experience in creating inclusive environments, driving change, and championing diversity. At Cable One/Sparklight, she is involved in defining, developing, and driving the execution of DE&I strategy, program, and initiatives that support an inclusive culture, exceptional associate experiences, and business performance. She serves as a strategic partner to business and leaders providing consultation, tools, and resources to embed DE&I best practices, champion inclusion, and implement game changing inclusion strategies. Kamana also serves as an Ambassador to Cable One/Sparklight’s Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Board.

Kamana joined the Board of WICT Southwest Chapter as the Programming Co-Chair on April 2023 and she is excited to expand her role as Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE) Director.

Kamana holds a Master’s in Public Health and a Bachelors in International Relations from Grand Canyon University along with her DEI Advanced Professional Certification from Cornell University School of International Labor Relations.
