Inclusion Multipliers™
Founder & CEO
Kamana Khadka is the Founder and CEO of Inclusion Multipliers™, a research-based consulting practice that helps organizations move beyond traditional DEI training to build leaders who create conditions for peak performance, engagement, and belonging. Her proprietary 5-capability framework - Performance Catalyst, Intelligence Amplifier, Risk Navigator, Systems Architect, and Talent Multiplier - equips leaders at every level to embed inclusion into how they operate, not as an add-on program but as a leadership discipline that multiplies across the organization.
With 14+ years of cross-sector experience spanning corporate, healthcare, and nonprofit settings, Kamana has driven measurable outcomes including reducing attrition by 5% year-over-year, achieving 44% female and 39% ethnically diverse hires, building culture programs with 62% engagement and 100% executive participation, reforming statewide language access systems, and founding Arizona’s first refugee-led medical interpreter microenterprise training 65+ interpreters across 29+ languages.
Kamana serves on the WICT Network Southwest Board as Director of Inclusion, where she leads programming on inclusive leadership, facilitates board training, and has organized signature events including the “All Voices, One Signal: Reimagining Inclusive Leadership” panel and the “Building Resilient Teams in a Hybrid World” discussion featuring executives from Cox Communications, Cable One, FOX Corporation, and ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business. She received the WICT Southwest Advocate for DE&I Award in 2024 and was nominated for the WICT Global 2025 Woman to Watch.
Kamana also serves on the board of the Diversity Leadership Alliance (DLA). She holds a Master’s in Public Health from Grand Canyon University and completed Cornell University’s Diversity & Inclusion Professionals Program.
