Kristi Davis

Kristi Davis has been a valued member of Cox Communications since 2006, beginning her career in the IT Department before transitioning to Advance Convention Services. In 2016, she made history as the first female Las Vegas Field Service Supervisor, a position that enabled her to engage directly with customers while leading a high-performing team focused on delivering excellence in the field. In 2021, Kristi took on a new challenge as a Construction and Planning Supervisor, where she played a key role in shaping the customer experience in construction and furthering her impact within the organization.

Kristi is deeply committed to fostering meaningful connections, both within the company and beyond. Her involvement in Cox's employee resource groups reflects this passion, as she serves as a board member for WICT, where she has also held the role of Programming Director for the past two years, and as an Ambassador for the Pride, Soul, and Women’s ERGs. Additionally, Kristi contributes to the Diversity & Inclusion Council, where she actively supports initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Outside of work, Kristi values quality time with her family, often gathering for board games with loved ones, including extended family, blended families, and close friends who are considered family. She also enjoys vacationing, cruising, and visiting Disney parks.
