What an inspiring and energizing experience! 💫 The WICT Southwest Signature Event delivered exactly what so many of us need right now—perspective, connection, and renewed clarity during times of change.

 

We were deeply moved by Carrie A. Barth, who shared a powerful and authentic look at how she has embraced reinvention throughout her career journey. Her message was a reminder that change doesn’t happen to us—it happens through us when we’re willing to lean in, be courageous, and trust ourselves.

 

The momentum continued with Miriam James, who led an incredible workshop, “Designing Your Next Chapter: Leading Through Your Own Change.” This session invited us to pause, reflect, and intentionally design what’s next—anchored in purpose, confidence, and action.

 

Confidence was truly in the air thanks to Mariana Reeves, who did an amazing job providing headshots for attendees. She didn’t just take photos—she helped people see themselves differently, building confidence that showed in every smile 📸✨

 

From Networking BINGO to the lively happy hour, the room was filled with meaningful conversations, new connections, and genuine community. The vibe was warm, empowering, and beautifully curated—the good was great, the event was stunning, and the energy was undeniable.
