Becky is a dedicated telecommunications professional currently serving as Director of Customer Care for Cable One in Phoenix, AZ.  In her role she is responsible for the Customer Care contact center, implementation of business objectives and strategies for the Customer Operations Department and works cross functionally throughout the organization to deliver on the Cable One purpose of connecting customers and communities to what matters most.  Becky is a WICT Southwest member and is currently serving as Membership Co-Chair committee board member.   

Throughout Becky’s 27-year telecommunications career she has held various leadership roles with Cable One including Marketing Manager, Local Sales Manager, Inbound Sales Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager.  Becky’s responsibilities have included marketing and advertising, contact center management, performance management, associate coaching and development, and system operations.  

Becky served as an inaugural member of the Cable One Inclusion and Diversity Advisory board helping to further cultivate a culture of inclusion and respect throughout the organization.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix.  

Becky is a proud mother of two children and is 21 years happily married.  She is an avid basketball fan and crazy sports mom who enjoys traveling with her family, fishing trips in the mountains, and caring for her vast collection of houseplants.
