Cynthia Rivas is an accomplished Workforce Planning Supervisor at Cable One, a leading provider in the cable industry serving over 1.1 million residential and business customers across 24 states. With over 15 years of experience in the cable industry, Cynthia has a proven history of success, having worked across various departments including Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, and Dispatch. Her journey culminated in a key leadership role in Workforce Management, where she thrives in optimizing processes and improving team performance.

As a CABO Culture Captain, Cynthia plays an instrumental role in fostering collaboration and inclusiveness within the organization. She encourages desired behaviors, organizes culture-building activities, and serves as a liaison between local teams and Cable One’s Culture, Inclusion & Diversity Team. Through her dedication, she helps shape Cable One into a “Great Place to Work,” ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

In her role as an Adjunct Instructor with CABO University, Cynthia facilitates New Hire Orientation sessions for CableOne. Every week, she helps onboard about 10 new associates with an engaging virtual introduction to the company’s culture and values. As an instructor, she has fostered a welcoming and educational environment that inspires new hires to embrace Cable One’s mission from day one.

Cynthia’s ability to communicate effectively with over 500 associates and supervisors has driven operational efficiency and improved overall call center performance. She continues to be a catalyst for change and a trusted mentor, shaping a culture of collaboration and innovation within the company.
