Meet Kabrina Boyd, affectionately known as KB. A dynamic sales leader who started at Cox Communications in 2019. As an Assistant Store Manager since November 2023, she excels in leading teams, crafting newsletters and guiding new hires. Her problem solving skills and real-time support have optimized sales efforts.

KB joined The WICT Network in 2025 and has had leadership roles including VP of education for Cox toastmasters. Recognized for her expertise, she received the BTS award for Outstanding Store Performance. In her free time, KB loves to dance, spend time with her boyfriend Isiah, and play with her multipoo, Neptune.
