With over 15 years of experience in the dynamic telecommunications industry, Leah is a seasoned professional known for her analytical rigor, collaborative mindset, and ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. She started as a Technical Support Specialist working for AT&T through Accenture and has worked her way in different roles such as Communications Coach & Trainer (Virgin Mobile), Retention Representative, Sales Effectiveness Counselor and now as a Business Analyst for Cox Communications.


When she’s not doing data analysis or solving application puzzles, Leah enjoys exploring life through cooking, singing and volunteering to various causes. She wants to be known as someone who;


Loves God, family, friends and puts in 100% in everything she does

Enjoys life and shares that joy with other people. 

Advocates for lifelong learning and enjoys figuring things out.
