Lou Hanemaayer

Lou Hanemaayer has been a dedicated member of the Sparklight team for over 18 years, building a diverse and impactful career. She began her journey as a Customer Care Representative and steadily advanced into a Senior role, where she supported a call center of more than 150 associates as well as overnight Dispatch operations. Her leadership and operational expertise eventually led her to a position as a Performance Manager within the Technical Care Center team.

A passionate advocate for inclusion and professional development, Lou has served on Cable One’s Inclusion and Diversity Board since 2021, where she helps foster a culture that embraces diverse perspectives and experiences. She is also a graduate of the WICT Network’s Rising Leaders Program, designed to support aspiring professionals in the telecommunications and leadership space.

In 2023, Lou joined the Board of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) Cactus Chapter, where she contributes to training and development initiatives for Field Technicians. Most recently, she accepted a Board position with WICT, supporting the organization’s mission through volunteer leadership.

Lou recently earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Leadership from Grand Canyon University (May 2024). Committed to lifelong learning, she continues to pursue personal and professional growth through leadership courses, reading, and mentorship.

Outside of work, Lou enjoys cheering on the Phoenix Mercury, camping, traveling to new destinations, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
