Christina Bartlett is a dynamic and results-driven leader serving as a Field Sales Manager for Cox Communications in Phoenix. In her role, she oversees a diversified team spanning three distinct areas of the residential sales business, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and consistent revenue growth.
With over 20 years of industry experience in telecommunications and customer service, Christina has built her career from the ground up. Beginning in frontline roles such as Billing, Technical Support, and Inbound Sales, she developed a deep understanding of customer needs and operational processes. Her transition into Training further strengthened her ability to mentor, develop talent, and drive performance—ultimately leading her into leadership.
Today, as a Field Sales Manager at Cox Communications in Phoenix, Christina leverages her diverse background to lead with empathy, insight, and strategic focus. Her hands-on experience across multiple business functions has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of operations, customer experience, and team development, allowing her to effectively guide her team, optimize performance, and contribute to sustained organizational success.
Christina is actively engaged in community and professional leadership initiatives. She serves on the Cox Charities Grant Review Committee for six consecutive years, supporting local nonprofit impact, and was elected to the 2026 Board of the WICT Network Southwest Chapter as Chair of Mentorship. In this role, she will work to successfully relaunch the chapter’s Mentor Program, expanding development and networking opportunities for women across the region.
In 2025, Christina proudly became a first-generation college graduate, earning her Bachelor of Science in Business, milestone that reflects her perseverance and commitment to growth.
Outside of her professional accomplishments, Christina is a devoted mother of three. She spends much of her free time cheering on and coaching her daughter on the basketball court, traveling with her family, and expressing her creativity through art and woodworking in her home studio.
