Shavonne Russell

Shavonne is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years in the industry, including 19 years at Cable One. She has held various roles, from Technical Call Center Representative to her current position as Manager of Technical Program Management, where she leads key plant-related construction and engineering initiatives. Throughout her career, she has successfully driven major projects, including reducing plant utilization, launching 1 Gig internet service for Cable One, and implementing and administering the company’s project management software—all contributing to improved operational efficiency and innovation.

Beyond her corporate role, she serves as Programming Director for The WICT Network Southwest Chapter, where she is dedicated to delivering thought-provoking and engaging programs that support professional and personal growth. In 2024, she was recognized as Board Member of the Year for her contributions to impactful programming and leadership.
