Tara Leung

Tara is a people‑focused leader with a little over a decade of experience at Cox Communications. She started her Cox career as a Technical Support Specialist for Cox Business before transitioning into supervisory roles and currently serves as a Lead Project and Program Manager supporting coaching strategy, leadership development, and operational excellence across the Service organization. Before joining Cox, Tara spent 20+ years in retail, shaping her collaborative, inclusive, and growth‑oriented leadership style.

Tara is passionat#FBF9F9e and engaged in community and culture‑building efforts. She volunteers with The Just One Project and Gilcrease Orchard as well as additional Cox-organized volunteer events. Tara also serves as a Las Vegas ambassador for Cox’s Pride ERG and is an active member of the Women’s ERG at Cox as well. Tara has been a member of Cox’s Regional Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Council since 2021 serving as a co-chair for the People Pillar and member of the Community Pillar, championing belonging and representation across the organization.

Outside of work, Tara is fueled by adventure. She is innately curious and loves exploring new places, engaging in new experiences, and finding inspiration in the unfamiliar. Tara spends much of her free time motorcycling, snowboarding, hiking, cycling, hanging in a coffee shop, international travels, and enjoying time with her family.
