As a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Six Sigma Black Belt, she specializes in driving successful initiatives, fostering organizational change, and streamlining operations.

Currently leading high-impact projects at Cox Communications, Wendy manages complex initiatives, mitigates risks, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. With extensive experience in telecommunications and business process optimization, she excels at mentoring teams, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and delivering results.

Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an Associate of Arts from the College of Southern Nevada. She is also deeply committed to community service.

Beyond her professional life, Wendy is happily married with four adult children, the most adorable grandchild, and a beloved puppy, Rocky. In her spare time, she enjoys camping and traveling, embracing new experiences and making lifelong memories with her family.
